I recently learned about “Cowboy Dave” who’s real name is Dave McDonald.

I don’t know what his prices are for car rentals in Boquete Panama, but I know a very nice couple who drove me home from the airport in David bought a used SUV for a VERY good price. I mean we are talking under $10k & it was a 2003 I think.

That’s a good price for even back home.

I’ve also heard of him from a few other expats.
