Panamanians will tell you they DON’T speak English & guess what language they are speaking in? FUCKING ENGLISH.

I just had a bitch hang up the phone on me at 311. I asked several times to speak to someone who speaks English because clearly I want FUCKING WATER IN MY HOUSE.

After putting me on hold for several minutes, she comes back & speaks to me IN ENGLISH telling me she doesn’t speak in English, only in Spanish.

So the time it took her to tell me she won’t help me, she could have just told me what was going on with the water situation.

Oh & she can lie all she wants, I have spoken to people there who do speak some English. Sometimes they are nice & try to help, other times they are bitches & cause problems.
