While I have had a couple of stores in Panama take back merchandise I’ve purchased from them, I just got off the phone with Rodelag & they won’t take any items back. When she said they would do me a “favor” and let me buy something else, I said so you will give me a credit? She said no. I said that’s what that means. Clueless.

She tried to tell me that Panama isn’t like the US where you can return things back to the store. Shows how much she knows since I have returned items (thank gawd).

So be aware that you may get very pissed if something you buy doesn’t work & the store refuses to take it back.
