Yes I knew that this may be a problem, but I didn’t think I’d hear it SO loud in my apartment that I couldn’t even listen to a video or talk on the phone or hear any music I wanted to play from my computer.

I couldn’t even take a shower in peace.

They’ve never played it & the base so loud before.

It was a Sunday night & THANK GAWD they finally shut it off at 11 pm.

I was getting really tired, & I knew that if I wanted to go to bed I wouldn’t be able to.

Unfortunately Panamanians have no respect for others & other Panamanians don’t seem to care.
